Basic construction & design
This site is based on standards approved by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as they are intended to be used. HTML 4.01 to structure content and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets, stylesheets) to controll visual appearance. Visitors with equipment that does not support stylesheets can access all information even if CSS can not be interpreted. In such case content is presented unformatted but fully functional.
