Information on this site is designed in accordance with the WCAG guidelines developed by the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) to provide best possible accessibility for all visitors, regardless of browser, operating system or any cognitive limitations.

Basic construction & design

This site is based on standards approved by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), as they are intended to be used. HTML 4.01 to structure content and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets, stylesheets) to controll visual appearance. Visitors with equipment that does not support stylesheets can access all information even if CSS can not be interpreted. In such case content is presented unformatted but fully functional.

Keyboard Navigation

If not using a mouse, you still can navigate using the keyboard on most modern browsers. You can easily move between pages by using the ALT and ARROW keys:

• To return to last page hold down the ALT + Left ARROW. In order to move forward to next page hold down ALT + Right arrow.
• To browse through the links use the TAB key and to select the link use ENTER.
